#Meditation - Amazing Guided meditation / HOW TO MEDITATE FOR BEGINNERS


Today I will explain ( guide ) you step by step how to meditate, and what is meditation? The exact way/process of meditation. You will learn meditation in just 1 minute.

WHAT IS MEDITATION ?


Many people imagine meditation as a deep and complicated spiritual practice involving incomprehensible mantras and unobtainable seating postures.  The reality is that anyone can practice meditation, nearly immediately ,and it can be done in various of ways an ordinary person may consider meditation as a worship or prayer.  But it's not so. 

Meditation means awareness.  What ever you do with awareness is meditation. 
The following things can be called meditation. As long as these activities are free any other distraction to the mind. 

Ex : listening music . Watching your breath.
"Meditation is not a technique, but a way of life."
It describes a state of consciousness,  when the mind is free of scattered thoughts and various patterns. 

Now, Let's start Amazing Guided Mindfulness meditation in just 1 minute.



1. Find quite place : Go to quite place of your home, or park, office. The main purpose is anyone can't disturb you while meditation. And set your timer for 1 minute 30 seconds. Extra 30 seconds you may need the extra 30 seconds to the get ready. 


2. Sit comfortable : Sit comfortable in a chair, sofa, or floor. Close your eyes. Begin with a few deep breaths,  feeling your body relax completely. Consciously release any tension in your body and muscles and continue to breathe slowly and gently. So many thoughts and images pop up in your mind while meditation. No need to control your Thoughts. You just follow your breath. These Thoughts are distracting you to relax.



3. Release your Anxiety : Say to yourself, either silently or out loud, I release the past and all its regrets. I release the future and it's worries. I raised only in this moment called now,  where I am at peace and free of all expectations.



4. Focus on your breath : Take a deep breath and, as you breathe out consciously let go of the past and future, Visualizing all the negative energy, Thoughts, and feelings associated with both leaving your body and aura being dissolved in white light. 



5. Open your eyes : open your eyes slowly no need to rush.  Practice this Mindfulness meditation daily,  and regularly.  It will help you to improve your health. Reduce tension, anxiety, stress. And Improve your ability to make good / right decisions in your life and career.
